Bar / Memorial is a facility in XCOM 2.
Bar / Memorial Information
The bar has no impact on gameplay, except to allow the player to view Avenger personnel enjoying some downtime. The memorial war, on the other hand, allows for the player to view the portrait and information of any soldiers that have fallen during the campaign. Players are also able to write memoriums to fallen characters.
