EMP Bomb is a Utility Item in XCOM 2.

EMP Bomb Information

The upgraded EMP Bomb deals a massive ammount of damage to robotic and mechanical targets. Even those that survive the initial damage can be temporarily shut down and unable to function. Organic enemies are immune to the EMP Effect. 

Tactical Info

10 damage, 12 range, 5 radius. Ignores armor when dealing damage.

Tactical Strategies

This very powerful and high range and radius weapon is extremely effective against mechanical Enemies. Biologically based enemies are not affected by the EMP bomb however. This is very useful to bring on missions when you are anticipating turret defense networks.
