Grants 50% chance during Overwatch to perform an additional shot if the previous Overwatch shot hits.

      Make sure the person using Guardian has a Scope and Extend Magazine on their weapon. This will help make up for the Overwatch penalty, and insure that the agent has the ammo to take multiple Overwatch shots if it triggers more than once. Perception PCS would also be a good idea.
