This upgraded Nanoscale Vest grants additional 2 health to a soldier, and its built-in Medikit IV will automatically restore health to wounded soldiers.

This item gives +2 max Health, and +2 Health regen per turn, for a total 8 max Health regen per mission. 

Tactical Strategies

This is very effective at keeping alive those units on the front lines, especially if your Medikit stock is low. If you're sending out a bruiser unit to draw enemy attacks and free up your other units to act, this is a helpful item to equip in their loadout.
